Young Adults (YA): Transforming a Chosen Generation!
Faith Methodist Church (FMC) Young Adults (YA) Ministry serves young adults aged 19 to 35 in our church family. Alongside the church’s vision of ‘Transforming Lives, Changing the World’, FMC YA Ministry seeks to transform YA lives to be a part of God’s chosen generation that declares His praises (1 Peter 2:9).Â
The ministry aims to hold a safe and authentic space for YAs to fellowship with one another, and grow in their life-stages and spiritual journeys.
FMC YA Ministry organises events and initiatives where all YAs are welcome to join, in addition to their own Life Group meetings. The types of events that are being organized are:Â
Fellowship gatherings
Life-stage sessions
(National Service, tertiary education, work and vocation)
Worship and prayer through Revival Room sessions
Spiritual retreats and sessions
Projects to serve the wider body of Christ within and beyond Faith

Faith’s Young Adult (YA) Ministry is catered to 19 – 35 year-olds in our church family. It engages them in our church vision of “One Family, One Word, One Mission”, and leads them to develop God-centredness in their lives and spheres of influence – “Thy Kingdom Come”. If you are a tertiary student, serving National Service, or have just entered the marketplace, then our Young Adult Ministry might just be for you!
Our YA Ministry creates a safe and non-competitive space for young adults to develop a balanced perspective about life in the areas of studies, work, family and God. Our activities seek to bond the YA parish as a community centred on Christ, outflowing in their ministry for Him.
